"The Philanthropic Edge" is a transformative mindset and training program designed to empower leaders and their teams to approach their work with a profound sense of purpose and creativity. By integrating philanthropic principles into the core of their business strategies, leaders can inspire their teams to think beyond traditional goals and make meaningful contributions to the world, whether locally or globally. This program emphasizes the importance of aligning business objectives with impactful, socially responsible initiatives that resonate deeply with the company and the team. Part of "The Philanthropic Edge" involves creating an element within your business that addresses local and/or global needs, whether it's sponsoring and supporting a village in the Congo and sending them aid and supplies and visiting them annually, or building schools in a small town in Mexico, or starting and growing a community garden in a much needed area. The program not only instills a philanthropic mindset but also provides comprehensive skills training for traveling and providing aid in different types of terrain and environments world wide; ranging from the great outdoors to the urban setting of a third world country. We cover everything from land survival skills like fire building, land navigation, water collection and filtration, general camp craft, first aid, kayaking, canoeing, and outdoor cooking over a fire. You will, without a doubt, gain the practical skills needed to make a tangible difference where you are in the world. When employees see their work contributing to a greater cause, they develop a stronger connection to the company’s vision and purpose, fostering a sense of pride, motivation, and loyalty.
