Leadership Is Not a Soft Skill. It Is a Business Multiplier.
Your managers are one of the greatest force multipliers in your business. When they are developed as leaders, they shape more than tasks — they shape communication, morale, accountability, trust, and the standard of performance your team operates from every day. But leadership is not confined to a title. It is a mindset every person can practice from their position. When managers lead with influence and team members lead with ownership, your culture becomes stronger, smarter, and more capable of sustained high performance.

Your Business in Numbers
70%
of team engagement is shaped by the manager.
Gallup has found that managers account for roughly 70% of the variance in team engagement, making leadership one of the most powerful performance levers inside any organization.
20%
of employees worldwide are engaged.
Most businesses are not suffering from a lack of talent. They are suffering from a lack of activation. When people are disconnected from purpose, unclear on expectations, or unsupported by strong leadership, they may physically show up while mentally and emotionally checking out. Developing stronger leaders helps create the clarity, connection, and ownership people need to bring their best to the mission.
$10T
Gallup estimates that low engagement costs the global economy $10 trillion.
Low engagement is not just a morale issue. It is a business issue. It shows up in reduced productivity, weaker communication, inconsistent execution, poor customer experience, and costly turnover. When leaders are equipped to build trust, alignment, and ownership, culture becomes a measurable advantage instead of an invisible liability.
40%
40% of stressed leaders have considered leaving leadership.
Leadership burnout is a threat to the stability and future growth of any business. DDI’s Global Leadership Forecast 2025 found that 40% of stressed-out leaders have considered leaving leadership roles to improve their wellbeing, threatening a structural breakdown in leadership pipelines. Developing your managers gives them the tools, mindset, and support to lead with confidence — without carrying the weight alone.
Our Core Services
We help companies develop the leaders, teams, and communication skills that drive trust, ownership, and performance.
Leadership Development
Leadership development changes what becomes possible inside a company. When managers stop simply overseeing tasks and start powerfully leading people, they become centers of influence — shaping trust, ownership, morale, decision-making, and the standard of excellence around them. And when leadership is developed at every level, regardless of title or position, that influence multiplies across the entire team.
A company full of people who think, act, communicate, and take ownership like leaders will produce results that a team of passive employees never could. This is where performance becomes cultural, not accidental. Leadership development helps create people who do not just wait for direction — they carry the mission, strengthen the team, and elevate the environment around them.
For anyone entrusted with leading others, leadership development is not optional. It is part of the responsibility of the role. When you have influence over people’s work, growth, confidence, and future, you carry a duty to lead them well. The companies that take that responsibility seriously build teams with deeper trust, stronger commitment, and a higher ceiling for what they can accomplish together.

Communication Training
Communication is not just how information moves through a company — it is how culture is created, protected, and reinforced. Every conversation either builds trust or weakens it. Every unclear expectation creates room for frustration. Every avoided conversation allows small issues to become expensive problems. The quality of communication inside a business directly shapes the quality of execution, relationships, accountability, and performance.
When leaders and teams communicate well, everything gets cleaner. Expectations become clearer. Conflict becomes more productive. Feedback becomes less personal and more developmental. People stop wasting energy on assumptions, resentment, confusion, and unnecessary tension. Instead, they gain the ability to say what needs to be said, hear what needs to be heard, and move forward with greater alignment.
Strong communication creates speed, trust, and emotional safety without lowering standards. It allows people to correct course faster, collaborate better, and stay connected to the mission even when pressure is high. A company that communicates well does not just avoid problems — it becomes more intelligent, more resilient, and more capable of performing at a higher level together.

Executive Coaching
Executive coaching impacts the entire organization because the leader at the top is never just making decisions — they are setting the emotional, cultural, and strategic tone of the business. Their clarity, presence, communication, self-awareness, and ability to respond under pressure ripple through every manager, every team, and every layer of the company.
When executives grow, the organization grows differently. Decisions become cleaner. Priorities become clearer. Conversations become more intentional. Leaders become less reactive and more grounded. The business begins to operate from alignment instead of urgency, from purpose instead of pressure, and from vision instead of constant problem-solving.
The higher the level of leadership, the greater the responsibility to grow. Executive coaching gives leaders the space to sharpen their thinking, confront blind spots, strengthen their influence, and become the kind of leader their people can trust under pressure. When an executive becomes more self-aware, emotionally disciplined, and mission-centered, the entire company benefits — because the culture will always take shape around the leader’s example.

"I recently had the honor of sitting in the room as Ryan delivered one of the most powerful talks I’ve ever witnessed. His presence alone commands attention—physically strong with a masculine demeanor, but what strikes you almost immediately is his humility and kindness.

Ryan speaks with vision, confidence, trustworthiness, and undeniable charisma. His gift lies not only in motivating people but in organizing movements—moving individuals from darkness and trauma toward light, healing, and empowerment.

He connects soul to soul, seeing not just people’s struggles, but their infinite potential. He doesn’t need anything from the world; instead, he offers his strength to it.
He reminds us that transformation is possible, that strength can coexist with kindness, and that leadership at its highest level is not about being followed but about lifting others into their light. Meet Ryan Bale
Ryan Bale knows from personal experience that all it takes is one person to drastically pivot the direction of someone’s life. One leader, mentor, coach, teacher, or teammate can speak belief, model strength, offer guidance, or show up in a way that changes the trajectory of another human being forever.
Growing up without a father present and enduring a childhood marked by grave abuse, instability, and darkness, Ryan relied heavily on the influence of people outside his home — leaders in his community, school, and life who helped shape him into the man he is today. Many of them never realized the depth of their impact. But Ryan did. And over time, he discovered that one of his greatest joys is becoming that kind of person for someone else.
Whether he is speaking to a business owner, coaching a leader, encouraging a coworker, guiding a stranger, raising his children, or serving his community, Ryan believes in the power of positive influence. He has made a personal commitment to impact every room he steps into — directly, indirectly, and sometimes in the most subtle ways — because he knows that everywhere he goes, there is someone who needs somebody.
Through years of experience in high-performing and high-pressure environments, Ryan has learned that leadership is the most powerful element in any room. He served eight years in the United States Army, including two deployments to Iraq. He graduated from the Divers Institute of Technology and became a commercial diver. He graduated from the Marine Mechanics Institute as a marine mechanic. And he completed training through First Response Training Group and became an EMT and paramedic.
His career has taken him through military service, emergency medicine, commercial diving, survival training, wilderness guiding, and offshore operations. He has guided kayak tours through the Everglades, worked as a paramedic with SpaceX recovering rocket components offshore, trained law enforcement and emergency responders in helicopter underwater egress, and land and water survival.
Across every field, one truth has remained clear: leadership determines what gets extracted from the people in a leader’s orbit. It shapes trust, courage, ownership, communication, resilience, and performance. And that kind of leadership does not happen by accident. It happens on purpose.
Today, through Culture Makers, Ryan helps business owners, executives, managers, and teams develop the leadership capacity required to build stronger people, stronger cultures, and stronger companies. His mission is to help leaders become the kind of leaders people actually want to follow — leaders who understand that the people impacting their clients are the same people being impacted by their leadership.
Ryan believes leadership is not just a business function. It is a human responsibility. When leaders develop themselves and serve their teams well, they do more than improve performance — they change lives. And when people are given belief, purpose, clarity, and the right environment to grow, they become capable of more than they ever thought possible.
