There is a lot to know about me, but there are a few things that I want to key in on right now. One, I'm not doing my job if we're not having novel and candid conversations or treading into unchartered psychological territory from time to time. I hope to have conversations so powerful that you never forget them and that they change your life forever, even if to the slightest degree. I do not take life for granted and I capitalize on every opportunity to make the world a better place. I live fiercely and I love deeply. I aim to be a beacon of hope and inspiration for the world around me. I had a dark childhood, a rough beginning, and have experienced some of the worst of what life has to offer, but all of that has been a blessing, and I am so grateful for the path that I have walked.
I am here to serve as a reflection to show you that it doesn't matter where you come from, or how far removed you are from the person you need to become in order to have the life that you want to have, and that regardless of your past or who you are, you can create the life you want to live; the one that you're afraid you won't get to. All you have to do is believe that you can, put yourself in an environment where everyone is going after their dreams, and then commit to growing through everything that you're going through. Then just lean into the next paradigm and keep evolving.

I have spent most of my adult life studying how the mind works, why humans behave the way we do, and how to tap into our potential and unlimited growth. I have become absolutely fascinated by how marvelous and unique we are as individuals, as well as what we can accomplish as a collective. I've dedicated my life to the easing of the suffering of mankind, and to developing the leaders and individuals that are making the difference on the front lines of humanity. High Performance Environments require high performance mindsets
I believe that it's appropriate to share a couple of things about myself in order to give you a bit of my story and some of my experience. I didn't always have the ability to communicate as well as I do now, nor did I always have the level of confidence in myself that I do now. I'm the perfect example of leaders aren't born, they're made. Some of my strengths are being thick skinned and my willingness to put myself into situations and environments that I know I don't fit, yet, and where I will have to be comfortable being admonished and edified along the way until I am brought up to speed on things. More important than being a high performer is being coachable. It usually wasn't my skill level that got me in the door, it was my willingness to learn and to be coached and mentored. I can teach you everything you need to know about mindsets, but none of that matters if you don't want to hear and apply what I have to say. Be willing to hear whatever you need to hear, and someone will tell it to you or the lesson will appear before you. High performance isn't about having all the answers and knowing all the tactics and strategies. It's about being able to learn, grow, adapt and evolve on the fly, with an unwavering determination to hit your mark, or to die trying, and all with an air of humility. Here are a few things about me so that you can have an idea about some of the environments that I have operated in.

I've taught emergency trauma care, helicopter underwater egress training, and water & land survival for search & rescue personnel, firefighters, paramedics, and law enforcement.

Paramedic & SpaceX Experience
I've worked as an EMT and Paramedic. I've ran heart racing 911 calls in Orlando and I've worked as a Paramedic for SpaceX recovering rocket fairings almost 1,000 miles offshore in the Atlantic Ocean and Bermuda Triangle.
Adventure Guide & Survival Expert
I've guided folks through some of the most dangerous and unforgiving environments known to man. From hiking the icy crest of the Olympic Mountains, to guiding a group of doctors on an overnight kayak camping trip into the heart of the Ten Thousand Islands in the Florida Everglades.
